This is not fiction.For United States to succeed in high-tech manufacturing, Rare Earths are essential. For United States to control its own military procurement, a domestic supply of Rare Earths are essential.This is a fast-paced explanation of China’s Rare Earth monopoly. How it emerged, and how we can re-enter the market.
