John Kutsch of the Thorium Energy Alliance, gave this talk to the Small Modula Reactor Conference on Oct 18th , 2010.The conference was dominated by players such as NuScale, Hyperion and B&W. Mr Kutsch and Jim Kennedy, from Wings Resources, spoke about Rare Earths, Thorium And how they represent the true future of the Nuclear energy and Industry, if the USA hopes to have one.
